As couples become more and more well-heeled, the search for exotic locations for that perfectly intimate wedding continues.
Wherever it may be, the idea of a destination wedding simply spells romance, fun and adventure for the couples who are willing to take the wedding journey off the beaten path.

Of course, now with the low-cost airlines, destination weddings are becoming increasingly trendy and popular! Let’s not go so far. Asia alone provides us with an abundance of beautiful, and charmingly exotic locations for us to exchange the sacred vows amidst postcard-perfect backdrop – whether it is in a private tucked-away island, beneath foliages of old rainforest or against an UNESCO Heritage building.
At my wedding planning company, we do a lot of destination weddings and as adventurous spirits ourselves, we are also often in the look-out for unexplored destinations, locales and venues. Let’s put it this way, even if your wedding was simple and fuss-free but the location unique and charming, it makes for a great story to repeat and repeat and repeat again amongst friends – well after the wedding is over. Perhaps, even into your 5th wedding anniversary.
